Indian Springs has set the bar for excellence in Comal ISD for many years now.  When one describes Indian Springs, 90% of the time the first thing they will say is that ISES is a family. I could not be more blessed to call Indian Springs my home.   

This year our theme as a staff is “Reaching New Heights”.  Part of the building process is continuing to strive for greatness within our students. While all students are different, we know that you have entrusted us with your most prized possession, and we will do everything we can to help them develop into bright and thriving young adults when they leave our halls.  

I started my educational career in Lubbock, Texas teaching third grade at Bozeman Elementary.  After moving to San Antonio, I helped open Timberwood Park Elementary where I had the privilege to work in third, first and fifth grade for many years, then later I became their Assistant Principal.  Throughout the years I was able to develop a student-centered teaching style that encouraged creativity, individualism, and passion within my students.  

The teachers and staff at Indian Springs have blown me away with their drive and commitment to insure all students at ISES are reaching their fullest potential.  I am excited to continue this journey with them as we Reach New Heights this school year.
